Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days to the United States, 5–10 business days to Canada and 7–14 business days to other countries.

Yes. Shipping is free to the United States. Shipping to Canada is a flat C$35 per order and to other countries C$55 per order. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Because our toys ship directly from our partner workshops, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@popshops.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly from the shipping carrier’s website.
